Talismán de Venus

Según la concepción tradicional del universo, todo está, en mayor o menor grado de pureza, regido por uno o más de los siete planetas clásicos. Un talismán es una imagen apropiada para aquello que queramos conseguir, hecho de materiales apropiados y consagrada en el momento apropiado.
Por ejemplo, si yo siento que necesito más coraje, veo que el coraje es una cualidad marcial, entonces en un momento astrológicamente apropiado para Marte, trazo en hierro (metal marcial), con tinta roja (color marcial), la imagen de un guerrero en un carro (una de las imágenes generales de Marte) y mientras invoco al Ángel de Marte, sufumigo la imagen con algún perfume marcial, estoraque por ejemplo. Esto lo hago durante una cantidad de días apropiados, por ejemplo, 5, el número de Marte.
El efecto de tal rito es la consagración del talismán, que no nos va a dar coraje automáticamente, nos va a presentar oportunidades para desarrollar o demostrar el coraje ese que buscamos.

El talismán que realicé es un talismán venereo, con el fin de aumentar el Amor y la Felicidad en mi y en aquellos que me rodean, la imagen del post anterior, es la de la carta astrológica que muestra el momento durante el cual realicé el rito por primera vez, acá está de nuevo:

Venus Talisman

Yesterday, on Wednesday, I finished the seven day consecration of my Venus talisman.
This is the chart for the first day consecration, Thursday 31 of March:

For the ritual I followed the steps below:

1. A prayer to God, from the Armadel
2. A fire & parfume exorcism, from Trithemius
3. The invocation of the Angel of the day, from the Heptameron
4. The Venus invocation from Picatrix, while suffumigating the talisman
5. A short contemplation of the talisman, about 2-3 minutes
6. A license to depart, from the Armadel





As for the talisman, I printed a paper image which I colored the first day before the Venus invocation.

So far, it has given good results. I been having a better mood and I'm having a better relationship with everyone and I can feel the influence of Venus in my toughts, actions and daily encounters.

Capella Talisman

On Saturday I printed and consecrated a talisman for the fixed star Capella that you can see below:

According to Ptolemy it is of the nature of Mars and Mercury; and, to Alvidas, of Mercury and the Moon. It gives honor, wealth, eminence, renown, a public position of trust and eminent friends, and makes its natives careful, timorous, inquisitive, very fond of knowledge and particularly of novelties.


The ritual was rather simple. Sign of the Cross, A prayer to God from the Armadel, an Invocation to Capella repeated three times, Thanksgiving to God, A short reflection of what I wanted to achieve and closing again with the Sign of the Cross.

As you noticed its a bringer of health. I was suffering terrible headaches that day and had lost some breathing capacity in my singing due to smoking. That very night the headaches were gone, and the next morning I woke up singing like I did before. Even If I achieve nothing else, I will consider this talisman a success.

So, I started research on lesser Fixed Stars and some look very interesting. I'll keep you updated.

About The Change In The Blog's Description

Lately I've been not writing on this blog, mainly because I've been through a period of high intellectual activity. I've not only devoured classic works that contributed to a change in my cosmovision but I've also been doing many activities connected to my spiritual growth.
Frawley and Burckhardt's works have radicaly changed my concept and understanding of Astrology. I've been through some Martinist and R+C material that changed my comprehension of Theurgy and how it has been degraded to simple Magic in the Modern understanding of Spirituality. Guenon and Schuon opened up my intellectual horizons. I'm also creating a set of talismans based on Trithemius and Agrippa. I've also realized, in my inner self, that my path to Gnosis is exoterically recovered, not by the Gnostic Church, but the Catholic Church.

Lastly, I want you to know that I'm writing many texts, some soon to be uploaded for free her, others, well, I wish to extrac some material profit form them. All in all, I'll start posting twice a week again, but more centered on Theurgy, Traditional Magic, Perennial Tradition and my own experiments and projects.

Sobre El Cambio De La Descripción Del Blog

Últimamente no he estado escribiendo en el blog, debido a que pasé po un periodo de alta actividad intelectual. No sólo he devorado obras clásicas que realmente contribuyeron a un cambio en mi cosmovisión sino que además estube realizando muchas actividades relacionadas con mi desarrollo espiritual.
La lectura de Frawley y Burckhardt radicalmente mi visión, comprensión y entendimiento de la Astrología. El material Martinista y R+C que estuve leyendo amplió mi comprensión de la Teurgia y de cómo está degradada a simple Magia en la comprensión moderna de la Espiritualidad. Estube leyendo a Guenón y a Schuon para ampliar mis horizontes intelectuales. Además estoy creando un juego de talismanes basado en Tritemio y Agrippa. Además, realizé dentro mío, que mi camino hacia la Gnosis lleva como recubrimiento exotérico, no una Iglesia Gnóstica, sino a la Iglesia Católica.

Por último, debo comentarles que estoy comprometido con la escritura de varios textos, algunos pronto los verán publicados por aquí, otros espero poder sacarles rédito comercial. En definitiva, comenzaré a postear nuevamente dos veces por semana, pero con mi nuevo enfoque y probablemente con noticias y comentarios de mis proyectos.

My 2 Cents On Magical Diaries

I've recently read a few posts about magical diaries here and here, and I wanted to voice my opinion on them.
For me, MD serve two purpouses, the show patterns in your practice and function as an archive.

For example, I've been doing for a few months ESP exercises with Tarot cards. when I began i had a "constant" percentage of guesses of around 14%. Two or three months later it rose to 17% and now I'm starting to get a 20/21% everytime. Thus, If tomorrow I practice and happen to get a 65% I'm surely attributing it to casualty and not my subtle senses!

They also work as archives because they let you check how, when and to which result you did your workings, letting you find further patterns and affinities with certain forces and dissafinities with others.

Just a sketch, just my 2 cents.

In Defense Of The Divinatory Arts

The forces acting in the world, from the most powerful archon to the fall of the most insignificant leaf occur in the physical and psychical planes. The laws of gravity, thermodynamics and all other enumerated by secular science are valid in the material plane, while elementary and planetary influences take effect on more subtle planes, but inferior to the pneumatic or spiritual plane, that divine plane where the essence of man comes from.

From a Gnostic, Hermetic, Kabbalistic or Neoplatonic point of view, the Will of Man comes from his essence and not of his contingency. That is, the Will of Man is superior and as such capable of ignoring or transforming this lower influences (i.e. planetary, elemental and physical).

When you understand that you start to glimpse into the true meaning of divinatory arts. They don't predict the future, like ignorants believe, instead they show us the forces that have acted, act and will act upon us if we stay inert, if we let ourselves be taken away by the currents of materialistic inertia.

If I consult my Tarot cards about this or that subject, they are not going to tell me what's going to happen and that's it, that is what is going to happen. On the other hand they will tell me where I am, how I got there and what MAY happen if I keep my actitude, tendency, etc. But through the volition, the will that is my birthright as a Human Being, I can change that tendency. The cards are deterministic, they are a set of probabilities.

When one shuffles the cards, and then spreads them, one is manipulating the cards through the subconscious mind. The Tarot deck is a set of ideas, symbols and archetypes, so through this subconscious manipulation you get as a result not a random spread, but a spread that is acurrate and meaningful to you. It is our subconscious mind (that remember, is linked to our Higher Self) that spreads the cards, so when analysing and interpreting the spread one has to use the intuition and insight, two skills gained from spiritual work and not from books.

All in all, divination methods are ways of exteriorizating knowledge that, to begin with, is inside of us, but in a simple, ordered and systematized fashion. They don't predict the future, they just warn us of where we'll go if we keep ging the same path. This is more clearly visible in systems like the Tarot, the I-Ching and Geomancy.

In Astrology, the existence of Archons, planetary entities that model and govern our lower bodies (Psychic and Hylic), does not change the function of divination. Astrology shows us the currents and flows of the planetary energies and is our decision as Human beings to strive for liberation from them or let us be taken by these currents.

En defensa de las Artes Adiviniatorias

Las fuerzas en juego en el mundo, desde el Arconte más poderoso, hasta la caída de la hoja más insignificante se desarrollan en los planos psíquicos y materiales. Las leyes de la gravedad, la termodinámica y demás enumeradas por la ciencia secular se desarrollan en el plano físico más burdo, mientras que las influencias elementales y planetarias se desarrollan en planos más sutiles pero inferiores al plano espiritual o pneumático, aquel plano divino de donde proviene la esencia del hombre.
Desde un punto de vista gnóstico, hermético, kabbalístico o neoplatónico, la voluntad del hombre, que proviene de su esencia y no de su contigencia, es superior y por tanto capaz de ignorar o transformar estas influencias.

Y ahí es donde entra en juego el verdadero sentido de las ciencias adivinatorias. No predicen el futuro, como creen los ignorantes, sino que nos indican las fuerzas que actuaron, actúan y actuaran sobre nosotros si permanecemos inertes, si nos dejamos arrastrar por la inercia materialista. Si yo consulto mi mazo de Tarot sobre tal o cual asunto, no me van a decir que va a pasar y sanseacabó, muy por el contrario me indicarán donde me encuentro, como llegué ahí y que PODRÍA pasar de seguir con esa tendencia.
Pero con la volición que me es propia como ser humano, yo puedo cambiar esa tendencia. Las artes divinatorias no plantean un juego determinista sino un juego de probabilidades.

Cuando uno toma en sus manos las cartas y las mezcla y hace una tirada, lo que hace es utilizar el inconsciente para manipular esa tirada. Las cartas representan ciertas ideas, símbolos, ciertos arquetípos comunes a todos los humanos, y uno en el acto de mezclar y repartir deja actuar al inconsciente "que ordena y distibuye" las cartas.
Al interpretarlo, uno usa su entendimiento de la situación, su claridad mental, su juicio, su sabiduría para llegar a una conclusión. Y todo este bagaje de cosas se adquiere por medio de la intuición y el trabajo espiritual y no de libros, que solo sirven como guías o primeros pasos.

En definitiva, los métodos de adivinación son formas de exteriorizar conocimientos que de todas formas están dentro de todos nosotros de manera ordenada, sencilla y sistematizada, pero nada más. No nos predicen el futuro, solo nos alertan hacia donde vamos, mostrandonós por donde vinimos. Esto salta claramente a la vista en el Tarot, el I-ching y la geomancia.

En el caso de la astrología, el hecho de que existan Arcontes, entidades planetarias que modelan y gobiernan nuestros cuerpos inferiores (psíquico y hylico) no cambía la función de la adivinación. Sí, los poderes de este mundo me influencias para... no importá, yo soy un espíritu (pneuma) libre capaz de influir sobre su propio destino, la astrología muestra las corrrientes sutiles (y no tanto) que tratan de arrastrarnos, dejarnos arrastrar o no es cosa nuestra
